Reason For Neg Feedback:After trying to get in touch an appointment was finally made where hubby and i waited an hour before leaving. After then trying for two weeks to get in touch with her we got an oops sorry, i forgot reply. I didn't want to hear an ooops i forgot the wedding therefore didn't use her.
Did Company Make Effort To Resolve Issue: She offered to make another appointment with us.
