My wedding is in 3 weeks, how can I loose 20 pounds?

Truth is you can’t. Whilst that may not be the answer you want to hear, it is a realistic one & being realistic is always a good place to start when it comes to loosing weight. Healthy weight loss ranges from 2 - 3 pounds per week although you may find you loose more in the first ten days as your body eliminates excess water.

Embarking on an extreme weight loss course which promise 7 - 14 pounds week is not only dangerous but will probably not make you look any better. Loosing that much weight, that quickly, is usually down to shedding excess water & muscle tissue rather than fat. Plus loosing that much weight that quickly will not only have an impact on your health, it will also put you in danger of not being able to fit into your wedding dress.
